BIOGRAPHY:

I paint to interpret the concept of beauty, and to capture a moment 
in time before it is lost forever.

I studied English literature and art at the University of Windsor, Ontario. After graduation, I studied with various local art instructors, including Harry Zeilig, a wonderful teacher who made his living painting pictures and working as a commercial artist.

Mary Kate is also a published author of the novel "A Daddy For Danny", the story of a young artist - great read for artists.
