Bonnie developed a love of nature during her childhood, roaming the shores of Cedar Creek and Beach in Kingsville. Art has always been a form of meditation for her and she has dabbled in various art mediums over the years. Since her retirement from the Gibson Gallery, Bonnie is currently concentrating on exploring the art of watercolour and acrylics, although her first love remains oil. She enjoys wandering the trails at Holiday Beach with her husband. “Every child is an artist; the problem is staying an artist when you grow up” – Pablo Picasso
