Gabriella Garabon
When I reached retirement age, I decided to try my talent to paint. I always loved nature and gardening, also photography was my hobby. In 2004 I joined the Centre for Seniors, where I took lessons from Leslie Nooter for four years in oil paintings.
After about 35 different themes and subjects I turned to something new; watercolour. I wanted to experience the variety of feelings to work with different mediums.I love to do landscapes and animals, also tried my hand at portraits. I like to tackle new areas of art. My children are encouriging me by showering me with supplies. |
